With 29 years of experience at Procter & Gamble in Brand Management and Innovation, Virginie has a broad experience across multiple categories and global to local brand management expertise across several of P&G multi-billion dollar brands (Pantene, Ariel/Tide, Pampers). She has international experience (France, UK, Switzerland and the United States).
Prior to her current position, she was the Western Europe Franchise Leader for Ariel, one of P&G largest brands, where she turned Ariel into the leader in Sustainability through the launch of the highly successful “Cool Clean/Turn to 30” campaign and the most sustainable laundry product (Excel Gel).

Jo Confino is executive editor, Impact & Innovation and Editorial Director of What’s Working, at the HuffPost.
He develops long-term editorial projects that are based on social, environmental and economic justice and is a member of the senior leadership team. Previously he was an executive editor of the Guardian and chairman and editorial director of the Guardian Sustainable Business website. During his 23 years at the Guardian, he set up and managed a unique multi-stakeholder development project in the Ugandan village of Katine, and helped create the Guardian global development website.Jo also created and managed the sustainability vision and strategy for the Guardian and its parent company Guardian Media Group.
As a journalist for the past 35 years, he has worked on regional and national newspapers and websites, with an emphasis on business and finance, including three years as Wall Street correspondent for the Daily Telegraph.
He has completed an MSc in Responsibility and Business Practice at the University of Bath and is also a qualified executive coach and a trained facilitator. Jo chairs and facilitates major conferences around the world as well as more intimate workshops and events.
Jo is an associate of Leaders’ Quest, a social enterprise that works with leaders to create a more equitable and sustainable world, and a facilitator at the Singularity University.
He is an advisory board member of Parallax Press, a nonprofit publisher, founded and inspired by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, that publishes books on mindfulness in daily life and is a trustee of two charities.

Sarah Grey is the Markets Director at the IIRC. She is responsible for overseeing Networks at the IIRC to support organizations with the insights, knowledge and skills to progress with implementation.
She joined the IIRC from PwC where she was leading global and UK market development programmes for Corporate Reporting, governance and assurance. She was instrumental in establishing PwC’s global Integrated Reporting Network and led thought leadership programmes, including World Watch magazine, the Hundred Group Briefing and Board Radar. From 2000 to 2005 she led the pan-European IFRS Transition market development programme.
Sarah was previously the editor of the ICAEW’s Accountancy magazine (International Edition) and worked briefly in television and advertising after graduating from Manchester University in the UK with an honours degree in American Studies.

Tzuk has a B.A. degree in Law and Economics and M.B.A. from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She graduated the Wexner Senior Leadership program at Harvard University's Kennedy School's Center for Public Leadership.

Jenny is the Age Research and Policy Manager at Business in the Community, leading on research into older workers and an ageing workforce, and the policy and business response to an ageing population.
At Business in the community she has developed pioneering research, knowledge and advice for both business members and the Government, on issues such as transitions in midlife, millennials and mental health in the modern labour market, and the gender pay gap.
Jenny has held previous roles in policy at Action for M.E. and in digital at Future Publishing, and has a First Class degree in Politics and Sociology from the University of Leeds, in which she focused on social and political theory.

He has also authored several investment advisory reports on ESG topics such as social license to operate, health and safety, labor and technology in South African mines, and most recently on income inequality.
Prior to joining MSCI in 2009, Sam worked as an engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering and earned a MS in Environmental Management and Planning from the Whiting Engineering School at Johns Hopkins University.

Marie-Bénédicte Beaudoin has been with OEKOM research since March 2016 and has 7 years experience in the sustainability field in various sectors. Prior to OEKOM research she worked for an international organisation in Brussels (IUCN), a trade association focusing on sustainable supply chain in Paris (The Consumer Goods Forum) and in the global sustainability department of a business travel company (CWT).
